This is your opportunity to practice listening to Nature & all her Beings . Witnessing animals in their natural environment is teaching us a lot about BEING PRESENT & LISTENING with an open heart.
I facilitate Herd Communications as well as Nature Connection time in various places. Dates and events will be shared here, in my newsletter and via social media.

Stillness of Winter: A contemplation with Nature
Seasonal moments such as the equinox, solstice, and the turning into spring are all part of nature’s great cycles. They are not simply dates with a fixed beginning and end. Rather, they are portals of transition, moments where certain qualities of energy gather and become more tangible.
Let this Winter Solstice remind you that you are part of the rhythm. You are meant to shift, grow, and begin again.
In the midst of a beautiful farm in Scarborough—nestled between powerful mountains, old oak trees, gentle poplars, a herd of horses, and many other beings—you are invited to meet yourself as part of this turning cycle.
Join me and the Beings of the farm for an hour of quiet contemplation, followed by tea and a nourishing treat.

The workshop was a purely magical experience and deeply humbling. Anne has an incredible way of imparting her invaluable skills and knowledge to different kinds of personalities. If you are an animal and Nature lover and are seeking for a way to reconnect yourself with Earth’s roots, I strongly recommend you to attend her next workshop! Anne is such a beautiful human being inside-out with a genuine soul. She is incredibly down to Earth (excuse the pun), kind and has a very good sense of humour! Cannot recommend her enough!
Thank you for facilitating an extraordinary workshop this weekend. I enjoyed it so much. The spaces that we were invited into on both days are so beautiful and that in itself was such a privilege to be a part of. I certainly learned a great deal and experienced many things which I have never even considered possible.
